Information Request Page

If you wish to ask about an order please send us an email to mainfayrie@smockingstore.com with the subject line "Asking About My Order".  Please include your FIRST AND LAST NAME and date of order.  If you would prefer to talk to a live person please give us a call at 707-995-9337.  If you call before 6AM Pacific Time our answering machine will pick up the call.  Leave your name and number and a brief message and someone will return your call.  If you call during the day and the answering machine catches the call it's because we're busy wrapping packages and can't pick up right away.  Start talking and someone will pick up if we're there (and usually we are but sometimes we run errands).  On the average orders will be sent within 7-10 days of the original order depending on what day you order but sometimes things happen beyond our control and your order might be a little late (especially during the holidays) so please allow yourself some time for your project.  If you need your items in a hurry let us know as we can ship overnight (be aware this service does costs extra).
If you have a burning question that needs to be answered right away give us a call and if the answering machine picks up please leave a message, the fairies will try to answer if they can otherwise we will call you back.  We're always here to help so don't be shy asking about a smocking, silk ribbon or heirloom sewing technique.
