yoke, round neckline and back button closure. Elastic at the legs and a snap
crotch make it both comfortable and practical. The unique feature of this
romper is the contrasting lower portion. As shown in the photo it can be
accented with a lace ruffle, self fabric ruffle or rick rack. As shown, the
shoulders are accented with a double ruffle, and ruffles accent the leg openings.
