PL022 Reagan - 3mos-18mos Reagan is a versatile pattern that can be made with or without smocking. The pleated romper has straight legs, button back opening and a snap crotch. The short sleeves have piping trim between the sleeve and cuff. It can be made with a peter pan collar and smocked inset, or with a square collar that can be embroidered or appliqued. There is also a variation that features a contrast "shirt" and mock yoke with shoulder straps. This creates the look of a 2-piece garment with all the ease of a 1 piece romper.
