POLICIES ON RETURNED AND CANCELLED ORDERS

To cancel an order you MUST call and talk to me in person. Please do not rely on email for this.  Voice authorization is required on all items cancelled or returned.  If you do not then you will be responsible for the restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the situtation.

If the order is cancelled after shipment, the package must be returned unopened to avoid a restocking fee (but you will be charged for the shipping regardless). Just have your carrier "return to sender". If this is done WITHOUT prior authorization before we have shipped you will be charged a restocking fee as well as being responsible for the shipping rate.

If the order is cancelled by the customer properly after the order has been shipped, but the shipment is accepted and package is opened, the customer is responsible for the freight and the order is subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% depending on the re-saleability of the items upon their return.

If an order is rejected for any other reason except for an error on the part of the shipper the items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and will be duly charged.  You are also responsible for the shipping and handling charges incurred.

If an error in the order occurs due to the shipper's mistake, there will not be a restocking fee and the shipper will pay the freight.

No refunds or exchanges will occur until the items are returned and their condition appraised.

No refunds after 10 days.  No refunds on cut items or pleaters, we will exchange pleaters only and only if they are defective, if you change your mind you are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Mail in orders are required by the US Post Office to be sent within 30 days of receipt of your payment, if there is a problem with your order we will contact you regarding any delay.

Sincerely,

Beth-Katherine Kaiman
