This is a great pattern for beginners to learn how to do French Hand Sewing while working with Fine French lace or Swiss Eyelet Insertion, Edgings, Beadings with woven ribbons.

Four elegant styles to choose from: Heart, Lamb, Neckroll and Square.  Can be used for machine as well as hand work.  Embellish to your heart's content.  While the instructions are written specifically for French Hand Sewing, you can easily adapt these pattern shapes for other forms of pillow making.
