FW#103 Romanian Blouse  Misses 6-16 A classic design based on the round smock or chemise.  You can add your own special touches to this simply-cut peasant blouse with traditional handwork techniques or embellishments of your own design.   This design is based on the gypsy blouses which were so popular in the 1930's and after the war.  (I remember in SF during 1966-69 when having a smocked silk crepe blouse from 1930's Hungary was the quintesential possession, that and a crocheted shawl.  Oh and don't forget the "combat boots" as my father called the hiking boots the girls always wore as they were also part of the fashion then.) FW#150 - Hungarian Szur - One Size adjustable to fit Worn by herdsman in Hungary as far back as the Middle Ages, the Szur is a dramatic, mid-calf length coat worn over the shoulders as a cape.  It fastens just below the neckline with a decorated buckle.
