Black Dotted Swiss 'Batiste/Voile' print with clusters of two cabbage roses
in muted ecru & orange with blue leaves. The clusters are spaced
approximately 3" to 5" apart. Voile is made from a thin twisted thread which makes a delicate yet crispy fabric with a bit of organdy substance but with softness. The black tufts give it a very elegant and all grown up look. A very open feel. For very delicate blouses, boleros or over dresses or over skirt. Machine wash delicate air dry.

Batiste - 100% Pima Cotton.
Made in Switzerland. This is the fabric that everyone
who is into Heirloom Sewing raves about. We have different standards in America
about making such sheer fabric, this is shaved to make it shine. It is
traditionally perfect for your Heirloom Sewing projects. A joy to work with
however it does wrinkle so be prepared. Treat yourself to the best at least
once in your life. Handwash, roll in a towel to press out the moisture, line
dry on a padded hanger, iron while damp. Colors: Natural (Ivory),
Peach, Robin's Egg Blue H-45" wide

This fabric is more delicate than the Nelona (#58)
with a more open weave and a Super Silk finish that gives it an incredible
soft "hand" & fine sheen. Just perfect for dresses, blouses and other
heirloom sewing projects and because it is 54" wide there is more fabric
