This a an updated version of a classic Japanese Kimono Jacket with special design details, easy-to-follow machine sewing instructions and a full-sized tissue pattern for sizes XS-XL. .  You have your choice of two different lengths, both are perfect for special occasions light coats or for floating around the house and 3 sleeve variations, it's suitable for piecework, appliquÆ© and embellishment. Asian Quarters Coat $15.00 Size range XS (36-38) - XL (50-53)

A slim-fitting reversible above-ankle coat with deep side slits, angled fronts, optional side seam patch pockets, piping or binding. Coat can be cut from whole cloth or one side whole cloth, reverse side pieced and appliqued fabric collage.  Have some fun with the fabric you've been making and wear it!!!!  You can make it out of day fabrics or fancy stuff for nighttime wear ... ooh velvet!!!!

Sushi Wrap Jacket - $15.00 Size range XS - XL

A spin on the traditional Japanese hippari.  You have two styles to choose from.  The first being a loose-fitting hip lengh, mid-thigh front wrap jacket with dropped shoulders, a neckbank, pockets and bracelet-length sleeves in two variations.   The 2nd being a mid-calf-lengh vest with deep side slits with a narrow neckband.  Both are perfect piecework, applique',shibori, silk painting, art cloths and embellishment to your heart's content.  Have some fun with that fabric you've been making and wear it!!!
