Back Button Blouse with Peter Pan Collar and Short Puff Sleeves

It is designed to be worn with many iems in your child's wardrobe, including jumpers, skirts, pants, and shorts. It may be tucked into a waistline or worn as an overblouse with a plain hem or embellished hem. Several collar and sleeve variations are included, but additional variations may be used from other books and patterns making the blouse suitable for casual or dressy occasoions.

CE#21 Mary Jane Jumper & Blouse sz 2 - 5

This pattern includes 3 jumper and 3 blouse styles plus smocking instructions and design. All jumpers are A-lined with a flair skirt and have shoulder a flap closure. The all-machine lining makes the jumper quick and easy to sew. Three jumper styles include plain with squared front, plain with rounded front, or a smocked insert on the front. All blouses button up the front and have slightly a contoured shape. There are two sleeve and two collar variations. The petite, one-piece collar can be plain, piped or ruffled. Smart, tailored blouse construction is fashioned after the method used in the ready-to-wear industry. In addition to the detailed jumper and blouse instructions, Mary Jane includes great information, instructions and illustrations for Basic Smocking.

This top can be worn as a top with pants, as seen here, or alone as a dress. It has a 3/4 sleeve and short sleeve option. It comes with a kerchief for her hair and a sash. The pattern includes detailed instructions with photographs to explain how to do the shirring around the neck, sleeves, and waist. The pants are not included, but are available in a separate pattern.

It has detailed instructions and photographs of how to do the shirring around the neck, sleeves, chest, and waist. Leave off the shirring around the waist and get a whole new look! I also included an option to add a ruffle to the waist and it comes with the pattern for the headband as well.
