How to use our site.
We have two websites to order from:
Newest browsers can go to our newest http://smockingstore.com/store
All other browsers stay put as it may not work for you.
(We have now changed our Smockingbooks site to Smockingstore)

To access our complete catalog click on the All Products link next to our banner listed on every page where we have links to every product we have. Our newer site has a search feature ...

We are very easy to order from. Each page is hooked up to our shopping cart please click the SUBMIT button on the bottom of each page you wish to order from. You can access your cart through the VIEW CART button at the top of each page. If you are having trouble ordering online PLEASE, please call us with your order at 707-995-9337 or send us an email with a time for us to call you. Our phone hours are 7:30AM - 8:00PM Pacific Time. If our answering machine is on just start talking as we have it ON to catch all calls we don't hear as well as screening those all-irritating computerized calls - we'll pick up if we're here (and we usually are). If we don't make it to the phone on time we will get back to you shortly. Remember we're just a phone call away.

We haven't figured out to correctly set the shipping criteria except for a standard rate as the cart can't distinguish books from patterns & plates. Don't worry or panic if the rate seems high, it probably is. We pay close attention to fair shipping rates when we process each order. Paypal customers can rest assured we refund the overage which is usually $1.75 or higher depending on how heavy the items are that you've purchased.

Our site is checked monthly for your security and is credit card safe -
but you can always give us a call if you prefer, we understand.
